Implementation of Best Route Algorithm Considering Traffic Temporal Attributes

The best route analysis, not considering the traffic temporal attribute information, only regards the traffic network as a ideal and pure mathematic graph of point line network. So the results are not in accordance with the reality. The aim of this paper is to discuss an applied best route method with traffic temporal attribute information.
