Application of open architecture system platform in Qinghai electric load management system

The article introduces the main function and character of open architecture system (OASyS) platform combined with Qinghai electric load management system construction. It brings forward a B/S/S system function framework based on OASyS according to the construction requirement and illustrates the application of the platform in Qinghai electric load management system.
