Evaluation of road network comprehensive reliability based on cloud theory and radar graph model

For the indexes' diversity,this paper put forward the concept of comprehensive reliability of road network.Combining the fuzziness and randomness characteristics of reliability,it adopted the cloud theory to convert qualitative descriptions to quantitative values.It improved the flaw of ignoring weights of indexes,and then established a radar graph evaluation model of the comprehensive reliability of road network.By means of an example,the results show that the evaluation method based on the cloud theory and radar graph is intuitive and effective.
