Research and Design of General ATS Software Platform

General-utility and opening is the development trend of ATS design.In the paper,the basic function,strcture and attribute of general ATS software platform is discussed.The key technology and methods of design for general ATS software platform are expatiated in four aspect,such as the architecture of software system,the portability of TPS,the interchangeablity of virtual instruments and the share of test information and data.At last,a design of the general ATS software platform is introduced.
