The Embedded Evaluation Tactics for Battle Command Efficiency Based on Information Systems

The embedded evaluation tactics for battle command efficiency are proposed based on the analysis of the evaluation characteristics of information system-based battle command efficiency.According to three levels of command entity,command activities and command effects,the author list rating systems on four fields including main body efficiency of command,information system efficiency of command,command activity efficiency and command object mission efficiency.On the basis of the integration principle of evaluation and battle command activities,the activity flows of every battle stage in the command efficiency evaluation are designed,and the method of battle command efficiency evaluation tool functionally embedded in battle command information system is presented.
