Ponders on the Intellectual Property Rights Protection of the Folk Non-Matter Culture

The folk non-matter culture achievement,as one kind of special creative intelligence work achievement,should be protected by the intellectual property rights.But at present,because of lack of related regulations in our country,some outstanding folk non-matter cultures were unsuitably developed without the powerful legal protection,and many peculiar possessions of the folk non-matter cultural heritage drained overseas,etc.Therefore,it's urgent to carry out some programs to protect the property rights of the folk non-matter culture.The problems of the subject of object,the nature of the rights,as well as the original question are discussed,and then several suggestions are made to establish some protection legislations about the intellectual property rights of the folk non-matter culture.
