The fourth medium has characteristics of individuality,immediateness,large capacity,polymedium and consulting index easily.Its sudden appearance is compact on the traditional medium and bringing a new oppornunity to the development of the traditional medium which can't catch up with the development of computer network until it frees itself from old ideas, renews its sense ,grows with each passing day and faces the future.
