Discussion on Countermeasures for Promotion of Water Resources Modernization with Its Informatization

With development ideas of employing information technology to promote modernization of water industry put forward by the Ministry of Water Resources,the thesis makes an analysis about issues occurred during promotion of the water resources informatization,including the weakness in research on the development ideas and execution of role and functions of government,disharmony between investment and requirements of relevant specifications,difficulties for informatization and integration.The thesis makes a study on relationship between the information explosion process and modernization of water industry,then offers countermeasures of strengthening the leadership,scientific planning,strengthening role and functions of government,increasing investment,improving operation and management system,vigorously promoting implementation of the twelfth five-year development plan for the water resources informatization,pushing forward its modernization.
