This paper describes the structure of smart monitor control system for repeater,the design of software and hardware,and communication protocol.Based on the study of short message communications model,then introduces the method and technology of online upgrade smart monitor control system for repeater based on SMG.In order to improve dependability and security of the communication data,the techniques of repetition and authority are used in the implementation.Taking full advantage of the Internet and wireless cutover,the system uses short message service,by which we can implement unified and canonical management for control system for repeater and decrease the development,maintenance and upgrade expense.
