A New Fault Screen Dictionary Method for Tolerance Circuits

A new fault screen dictionary method enable to diagnose not only hard faults but also soft faults in tolerance circuits is proposed in this paper. Based on the principle of statistical theory, tolerance effort to fault characteristic vectors is calculated. A fault threshold function is put forward. Faults can be located in a fuzzy fault set from which the most possible fault can be selected.
