According to the nonlinear relationship between base-emitter voltage(VBE) and temperature,a higher-order temperature compensation method is proposed,in which a small resistor is added in the PTAT(proportional to absolute temperature) circuit to obtain an exponential segment,in order to rectify the higher-order temperature coefficient.Meanwhile,a new bias current compensation method, clamping complementation technology,is put forward to obtain more stable output voltage.Hspice simulation shows that the average drift of the circuit is merely 1.43 ppm/℃ from-40℃ to 100 ℃ and 0.105 mV/V with supply voltages from 2.6 V to 6.6 V at 25 ℃.
