Cloning and Analysis of Stilbene Synthase Gene Conserved Fragments in Polygonum cuspidatum

Stilbene synthase is a key enzyme in the resveratrol synthesis.In this paper,the author extracts the polygonum genome DNA using both the traditional method CTAB,SDS and improved method SDS to get the high-quality DNA which accorded with molecular biology experiment requirement.By using the given primers of stilbene synthase gene conservative segment for PCR amplification,and analyzing the specific segment.Whose length is 809bp,the auther successfully clones the conservative segment of the polygonum stilbene synthase gene,laying the foundation for genetic engineering of stilbene synthase.
