Study of Multi-tenancy Problem in Business Process Management as a Service

This paper focuses on the multi-tenancy problem in Business Process Management as a Service(BPMaaS) based on the analysis of Software as a service(SaaS) technology.It proposes a resource isolation and sharing method based on middleware to support multi-tenant sharing one application instance so as to improve the usage of computing resources.Application Programming Interfaces(APIs) are provided to ease multi-tenant BPM application development.Verification is conducted using JUnit through a real case,and the result improves the feasibility of this method.
