Traffic culture belongs to the sub-culture with distinct features of its profession and also has its comprehensive values in economy,politics,culture and society.Its peculiar feature determines its characters in softening,communicating and integrating functions and in promoting the social transference.Therefore,the study of the mechanism,features,character and values due to traffic culture and its developing orientation is very necessary for the current social transformation and people's comprehensive development.
