The paper describes the composition of electric leakage and fire alarming systems mentioned in Fire-proof Criterion Used for Design of High-rise Civil Buildingand the categories of electric leakage and fire alarming products used currently.Taking Schinaid Company's networks plan as an example,it introduces in details some key elements used in electric leakage and fire alarming systems of high-rise building as well as the utilization of the system.
