An algorithm for multi-source image automatic registration based on B-spline wavelet and hybrid genetic algorithm

Initial transform parameters must be confirmed firstly to realize automatic image registration.The conceptions of image character line and image character circle were defined,and the algorithm determining initial parameters of automatic image registration was derived based on affine transform model.B-spline wavelet and hybrid genetic algorithm were used to work out the final multi-source image registration parameters.Experiments show that the proposed algorithm can realize automatic image registration,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
