Research of denitration price in coal-fired power plant based on externality and dynamic breakeven analysis

The method using dynamic breakeven analysis model to determine the denitration price is proposed in this paper according to the analysis of the externalities internalization theory.The SCR process is selected as a standard of denitrification technology,and a new 2 × 600 MW units flue gas denitration project in a power generation company is taken as the case to validate the model.Then the tariff income,the shadow income,the annual variable cost,the annual fixed run costs,the annual capital investment and the recovery of assets residual value are calculated to make the cash flow statement and to calculate the denitration price.Finally,the main factors which affect the denitration price are screened by sensitivity analysis and the policy suggestion is made.
