According to Goldberg's construction grammar,a semantic form always consists of a constructing element and filling element, which is dependent on words(conceptions). Its objectivity being the premise,a word has self-produced functions of referring, predicating, modifying and linking.Constructions are dual semantic structures of words based on the functions. It is proved that this structure is universal in all languages.
