On the Editor's Service Awareness in the Process of Manuscript Revision

Manuscript revision is the main task in which the editor and the author should interact and cooperate favorably;the editor's responsibility,initiative and professional dedication are of great importance to doing it well.Aiming at the phenomena that some editors lack responsibility and initiative,and provide poor service in the process of manuscript revision,the present paper holds the view that the editors should have a faith to serve the author heart and soul,and the opinions for correction should be concrete,specific,persuasive and have well-grounded reasons.In the final analysis,some advice is also given on how to improve the service awareness.
