Through researching the background of the aging society,taking the traffic system of ShangHai in rush hour as the starting point,combingwith the travel purpose and process of elderly,this article analyzed the travel problems of old people in the rush hour and proposed solutions on Peak shunt.The physical and psychological characteristics of old people had also been considered.
