This paper presents the main system architecture and implementation keys of major production safety accidents monitoring and early warning system platform for transport pipelines.From the point of production and accidents characteristics of transport pipelines,in combination with the business needs of each link in emergency process,system goals,system scope,system requires,system design and system implementation are discussed.
