Annotation of Reliability Growth Technology Development Trends

Reliability growth technology is an effective means to improve system reliability during development stage.It is an important research direction and concerned much by academic and engineering circles.In order to promote development of reliability engineering,reliability growth technology at home and abroad is analyzed and summarized.Relevant theories and methods are discussed,and breakthrough points for further research are proposed according to engineering practice,which could be referenced by sci-tech personnel engaging in reliability engineering.
