Fault Diagnosis of Engine Using Neural Network Expert System

In the light of the limitations of a single expert system or neural network on fault diagnosis,A fault diagnosis system has established which integrated the expert system and the neural network.And it was applied in fault diagnosis of engine.A neural network expert system characteristics,structure and diagnostic methods were introduced,and the 4105ZD engine was tested in different working conditions.The test results show that the diagnosis system can obtain good diagnosis effect for the common faults of engine.
