A Digital Watermarking Arithmetic for Certificate Identifying

In this paper we introduce a watermarking arithmetic for certificate identifying.The arithmetic is based on the Fourier-Mellin transformation.We insert special information in the photograph of the certificate and study on it after printing and scanning.We discuss the influence after printing and scanning firstly.Then,the watermarking algorithm resists for printing and scanning is proposed.The experiments show that it is robust to printing and scanning.
