A New Framework of Networks Parallel Computing Platform

The normal ways to deal with networks programming are hard to the freshman,how to divide the users task into se- veral parts then distribute them to different CPUs and how to communicate between the CPUs maybe need the genius.The new framework of networks parallel computing put forward in this paper tries to let the system to deal with these difficult problems when running the task,and the user just submits the data and operates them.
