New Simple Criteria for Block H-Matrices

In this paper,New simple criteria for block H-matrix is derived only using matrix elements,i.e.‖A-1ii‖-1∧i(B) ‖A-1ii‖-1t∈N1,≠i‖A-1tt‖-1 ∧t(B)‖Ait‖+∑t∈N2∧i(B) ‖A-1tt‖-1‖Ait‖〗,which only depend on the entries of matrix A,and as their applications,criteria for positive stability and sub-positive definite of matrices are given.
