The Quality Factor and Control Strategy on Navigable GIS Data

Aiming at the characteristics of the navigable GIS data,this text introduces the quality factors in brief.It is analyzed that the data source collection,data handling,data processing and storage,navigable database building,data manipulating,data analyzing,data processing and application brought such quality factors.The text puts forward the strategy on improving the quality of the navigable GIS data.It is proposed to improve navigable GIS data quality by strengthening the choice of data source,enhancing quality control and data quality checks of data production process.
