Practice and thinking of health education in the large scale general hospitals by use of remote mode for the mountain primary hospital

China has a large population and the allocation of medical resources is uneven. Better medical resources are mostly concentrated in big cities. The health service system and medical resource in mountain area are not perfect, the technical force is weak. In order to shorten the gap between urban and rural areas and build a harmonious society, this paper explores the use of cloud computing, cloud services and other remote technology to carry out a series of health education and assistance, such as remote health education, remote education practice, remote case discussion, remote scientific research, remote emergency assistance, etc. To build a platform for large comprehensive hospital and basic level hospitals achieve medical resource sharing, information exchange, technology support, and further promote the construction, progress and prosperity of the mountain community.
