Nowadays the consumers' information channel is more and more wide, so the information service is faced with various competition. As to workers engaged in information service, how to let information really serve all trades and professions and the masses of users effectively and choosing the appropriate service mode and pushing the renewal of the mode according to some factors are very important. The article has primarily probed into the change of information service mode and the utilization of networks in the information service.
