Perpetrating act can be divided into two catalogues,one is based on actual act and the other on purely value.Different crime may have different perpetrating act theories because of their different configuration.It should be convicted as accomplish by the theory of half-baked perpetrating act. When conviction,we should pay attention to the crime's nature and the degree of illegal,and distinguish preparative act and perpetrating act that are stipulated in the same item.
