Iris Localization Based on Gray and Geometrical Feature

Cursory combined with refined method was used to iris localization in this article.Firstly,according to iris is a kind of cirque,algorithm based on geometrical feature is used to locate outer boundary of iris cursorily.Then according to that the gray of pupil area is very low,the inner boundary of iris is located cursorily.At the end,based on the result of cursory localization,the outer and inner boundary of iris is located refinedly by a kind of arithmetic operator.The last result indicates that the precision and the speed is higher than other iris localization methods.
