Wireless, wire, and satellite communications are the main means of communications, whereas under certain circumstances broadcasting station and cable-phone are also necessary and helpful.Because of the existence of variety of communications,we need an integrated communication system which is transparent to users and implements intercommunications among those communication methods. The paper introduced the design of an integrated network communication system based on TCP/IP protocol and transfer communication control, which could implement intercommunications among different communication means.
