Analysis on the Capacity that the Wind Power Can Access in Beijing Power Grid

After the large capacity of wind power into the grid,the randomness of wind power output and the complexity of the operation mode have brought great challenges to safe and stable operation of the grid.This article analyzed the system voltage,frequency and static security of wind farms,on this basis discussed the main factors affecting the system accessing wind power,combined with the operational features of the Beijing power grid and grid-connected wind farms,calculated the maximum capacity of wind power into Beijing grid under different load levels and different operating modes in detail.
