Implementing data communication and parsing of IEC61162 protocol with DLL

On explaining the current implementing scheme of automatic identification system(AIS),a method of implementing the data communication and parsing of IEC61162 protocol is introduced through analyzing the structure of AIS in ship,IEC61162 protocol,and the merit and defect of using dynamic linkable library(DLL).Applying Windows application procedure interface(API) technology,the data communication and parsing of IEC61162 protocol with computer technique is realized such as multithread,DLL in Windows operating system.It works stably and reliably and fits for the system requirement.
