The Evaluation on Test Development Quality under Integration of Multi-test-theory

From two aspects of the test paper and test item,the evaluation method of the test development quality under the integration with CTT,GT and IRT is discussed.On the evaluation of the test paper quality,the analysis framework of CTT about validity is followed by GT and IRT.But about reliability,they do better than CTT,from macro and micro aspects respectively.When the reliability is analyzed,how to integrate with three test theories should be according to the mission requirement and research objective.On the evaluation of test item quality, IRT shows the powerful advantage over GT and CTT,but its application is limited by many conditions.
