A Review of Data Processing Algorithms for Over-The-Horizon Radar

Data processing is one of the key technologies to target tracking of Over-The-Horizon Radar(OTHR).The problems which OTHR data processing face are given first,and then data processing algo-rithms are summarized five categories,e.g.data association,track fusion,coordination registration,per-formance test and clutter modeling.The new technologies of data processing for OTHR representing the future research area are discussed,including track-before-detection,the integration processing of radar and ionosphere detection subsystem,data processing for Multi-Input Multi-Output OTHR,performance test and evaluation,cooperative data processing and multi source data fusion.
