Implemention of Audio Service Based on International Short Wave Network Monitoring System

This article represents using the Delph 7 programming language and introduces the implementation of the audio′s realtime collecting,receiving,recording,playing,editing and communicating in wireless radio network monitoring system.With the Windows API function and Object Oriented Programming thought,we make the interface and business separate well from each other,and combine with the support of database module,it realizes replaying and reediting,and this program is easy to maintain and upgrade.
