Imaging for Outdoor Scene in Rain and Fog

The influence of atmospheric media in rain and fog weather on imaging for outdoor scene is analyzed in this paper.We get the theoretical relationship of visibility distance and image contrast and resolution,and present the formulas for image synthesizing.The simulated images are compared with the captured gray level ones for rain weather and color ones for fog weather in our experiment.
