Speckle Suppression Based on Nonlinear Multiwavelet Transform Adaptive Threshold Value Method

In this paper,a nonlinear multiwavelet transform adaptive threshold value method is proposed to suppress speckle noise. Experimental result shows the algorithm has nearly the same edge preserving performance as nonlinear multiwavelet transform,and nearly the same speckle noise suppression performance as filtering. That is say,it can not only effectively suppress speckle noise but also preserve availability signal and the geometrical features of images.
