Automatic Batching System of Super Hard Material Powder Based on AD7718

In order to solve the defect of artificial batching of super hard material powder,an auto-batching system of super hard material powder was designed based on AD7718.It used screw machanism to batch material and AD7718 to gather the weight of material.It has the structure of Segma-Delta and its resolving power is 24 bits,according to the speed difference of different material,it can adjust the rotating speed of motor and the value of weight for stopping motor running so that it realize to batch material accurately.The result of running and experiment indicates that the system is reliable,and it is a high-precision system,and is economic for the processing of diamond,graphite,etc.
