New Algorithm for Calculation of Phase Angle of Complex Number

An new algorithm for calculating the phase angle of complex number is proposed.Compared with traditional algorithms,the new one improves the calculation speed greatly.The results of tests on PC and high-performance DSPs show that it also can achieve high-accuracy.So it is suitable for real-time processing.
