Cause analysis and preventive measures of phlebitis nursing adverse events

Objective:To analyze the cause of nursing adverse events of 11 cases phlebitis and formulate the corresponding preventive measures,in order to provide the basis for preventing phlebitis cause by vein lien needle.Methods:Investigated and analyzed nursing adverse events of 11 cases phlebitis.Results:The reasons of nursing adverse events of phlebitis were related to weak predictable nursing,poor shift-overlap,insufficient communication between nurses and patients and no timely processing.Conclusion:To improve the nursing service and ensure patients,safety,it must to strengthen the safety consciousness of the nursing staff,consummate management system and the working process related to nursing safety,strengthen the implementation of core system and improve nurses′ professional quality.
