Application of SCADA System in Water Resources Projects Based on B/S Framework

The real-time monitoring system based on the B/S framework under the Internet/Intranet condition can realize some functions such as remote commanding and dispatching, monitoring, fault diagnosis, and device management based on network. Through analyzing the B/S framework, the article studies and discusses the real- time characteristics of data and network security of remote monitoring systems based on the B/S framework. The construction frame and functions of the remote monitoring systems software for pumps and gates are introduced. By practical application, the SCADA system based on the B/S framework can play a good role in flood control, drought resistance, and water resources dispatcher.
