Research on the Signal Singularity Detection Based on Wavelet Transform

The concept of wavelet transform and a kind of signal singularity detection method based on wavelet transform modulus maximum are introduced.Emulation is done with MATLAB.It is proved that wavelet transform is more efficient than the traditional Fourier transform.
