Research and Application of Ontology Representation Language

Based on the introduction to concept representation language for exchange(CRLE), this paper analyses the approach of constructing concept networks, discusses the methods of ontology management based on CRLE, and realizes the arithmetic of addition, deletion and modification to ontology.
