Advances in plant anti-herbicide gene

The origin,mechanism and application of anti-herbicide gene were briefly reviewed in the paper.The choice limit of anti-herbicide gene and its promoter was explicited,as well as existing problems in genetic transformation in anti-herbicide.Further,several problems have been faced in plant anti-herbicide research,such as the scarcity of anti-herbicide gene and lines with stable resistance.It has been proposed that future research should be focused on understanding the resistance mechanism of gene based on herbicide degradation in order to enhance multiple gene transformation.
