Engineering Construction of the Ground Application Subsystem for FY-2C Meteorological Satellite

The composition,major task and construction target of the ground application subsystem for FY-2C meteorological satellite were introduced in this paper.The administration measures used in the subsystem construction,such as the establishing of general commander and general designer system,founding of engineering construction department of meteorological satellite,and joint-meeting of general commander and general designer were also given.Moreover,the management measures in the construction such as software engineering development,examine and approval of the contract subscription,check and accept of various hardware device and software,selection of foundation construction unit and construction monitoring were presented.The ground application subsystem constructed had played an important role in the operation of FY-2C satellite
