Research Advancement of Drug Target Discovery and Verification

Drug target discovery and verification is not only the first step of investigation of new drug,but also one of the most important factors in drug screening and directional synthesis. With the fast development of genomics,proteomics,bioinformatics and the advancement of new techniques,such as RNA interference and bacteriophage display,the discovery and verification of drug target is changing with every passing day. In the present paper,the development and successful cases of drug discovery and verification were reviewed.
