Towards Customer Centric and Self-serve Oriented Business Solution

Small to medium sized business (SMB) requires its software solution with features of low price, high flexibility, maintainability, usability, fitness, and immediate return of investment. Traditional offerings including pre-packaged software solution and custom programming can not fulfill these requirements. A customer centric self-serve oriented business solution is proposed, with which the SMB users can obtain a software solution meets their specific requirements in a self-serve fashion. A prototype system named AppDiy Platform was devised to show its feasibility.
