Digital Image Scrambling Degree Evaluation Method Based on SNR

In the context of information hiding and digital watermarking,it is important to evaluate the image scrambling degree.Because the chaos of the scrambled image is the relative visual effect,this article unifies the mean square signal-to-noise ratio SNR and the image optimal block processing,and proposes a digital image scrambling degree evaluation method based on SNR.Experiment results show that the proposed method is effective to assess the relationship between the enciphering effect and the number of iterations in the enciphering techniques,which tallies with person's vision basically.
